1. Assistant Port Operation Manager:
·Plan, monitor, control and review the stevedoring, warehousing,
langsiring loading and unloading operations both in warehouse and jetty
in the Port with a view to obtaining the targeted efficiency and
productivity.
·Assist the Port manager in Site Administration including
Planning,Scheduling, Quality Assurance and Quality control,
Logistics and Safety.
·Control and implement the Operational and Maintenance activities fully
in accordance with the standards of quality, Specifications, and at the
same time meet the shipping requirement of the Client.
2. Port Superintendent:
·Assist Site Manager and Assistant Port Manager and coordinate
control the Operations team for overall job planning and
implementation of the new port operations.
·Control, Coordinate and communicate all fieldwork based on the
shipping, truck loading/unloading milestone requirements set by the
Client. Control and coordinate the assignment of equipment to
different areas/locations.
·Coordinate activities of supporting groups to ensure efficiency
and productivity of Operations.
3. Traffic Coordinator:
·Ensure smooth flow of operation of incoming and outgoing trucks
that picking up pulp, container, and general cargo from and to Mill
Site Kerinci. Pro-active all the time to reduce delays.
·Effectively plan deployment of equipment (trucks, forklifts etc.) with
other stake holders to optimally match the demand. Decide the number of
truck that should be taken inside for both Receiving and Hot Loading so
that there is no traffic blockade
·Ensure all handling equipment like: Forklift, Top Lift, and Bale Clamp
are always in good condition and ready for used.
4. Warehouse Supervisor:
·Control and Supervise warehouse and container yard clerical staff to
adhere to standard operating procedures for pulp, container and general
cargo tallies and inventories.
·Prepare preliminary out turn reports on discharge of vessels and
barges by comparison of tallies against manifest
·Assist to maintain records of containers, import export, full and
empty by location and aging.
·Provides Operation And Management Teams documentation for receive and
deliveries of cargoes and expedites urgent request on first
demand of dispatcher.
5. QC Inspector, responsibilities:
·Prepare, verify and implement the detailed QC procedures.
·Planning and monitoring of all site quality verification,
inspection activities in accordance with specifications and
procedures.
·Analyze QA/QC problems and recommend corrective actions to be
taken and evaluating effects of the action for future development.
·Maintain daily, weekly and monthly records of all QC activities
and report periodically to the Port/Assistant Port Manager.
6. Safety Inspector:
·Initiation, coordination, and supervision of the job safety
program.
·Ensure that all activities are carried out within reversible but
minimum hazardous conditions.
·Completion of documentation required by statutory requirements.
7. Maintenance Supervisor:
·Assist the Port manager, Assistant Port manager, Superintendent
and support the Operations by providing maintenance services for the
Langsiring trucks, utility facilities – Water treatment Plant,
Diesel generator sets gantry cranes, tower crane, heavy construction
equipment, etc
·Coordinate with the Shift Superintendent for optimum utilization
of heavy equipment and utilities
·To maintain the equipment properly by ensuring minimum down time and
maximum availability.
8. Finance Assistant:
·Responsible for cash and account receivable management.
·Responsible to make cost analysis.
·Preparing finance and accounting report.
9. Stevedoring Supervisor:
·Supervise daily operations, identify bottlenecks and initiate
prompt remedies for continuous performance improvement.
·Receipt and delivery of urgent cargo as per transport dispatcher
advice's. Expedites trucks around. Check seal numbers are always
used for identification in tallies.
·Provide shift and incident report in accordance with Port's
Managers' requirements.
10. Crane/ Fork Lift Operator/ Rigger:
·Operate cranes/ heavy equipment and carry out rigging activities
smoothly and efficiently within the limitations set by manufacturer.
·Stack pulp according to Tally/Stowage instructions to prevent
extra container movement/shuffle
·Ensures safe working practice to minimize damage to cargo,
equipment and infrastructure.
General Requirements:
·Male, 25 – 45 years old
·Degree / Diploma with related background educational (1-9)
·High School with related background educational (10)
·Minimum 3 years of experience at the same position
·Computer literate and its related software (1-9)
·Familiar with related and international materials, systems, codes and

SALES ENGINEERS – INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS
Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the appointe's primary focus will
be managing the sales performance of specific product ranges related to
power transmission and engineering products marketed through the
distributors and/ or direct sales. The responsibilities cover
cooperating with distributor's sales team and management, including
visiting the customers, making technical presentation, cold calls on
marketing activities, making proposals and achieving the targets.
The ideal candidates would be university graduates majoring in
Mechanical Engineering, with 3-5 of sales experience in industrial
products sales. Similar experience related to power transmission /
engineering products are added advantage. Knowledge in rotating
equipment maintenance will be highly appreciated.
SALES ENGINNEERS – CONDITION MONITORING PRODUCTS
Reporting to the head of Reliability Systems, the appointees are mainly
responsible for ensuring proactive lead by opening new network, visiting
prospective clients, conducting presentation / condition monitoring
products demo as well as preparing business proposal and achieving sales
order. The focus would be in the industries like oil & gas, pulp &
paper, steel, cement, mining and petrochemical.
The ideal candidates will be university graduates majoring in mechanical
/ instrumentation engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of sales and
marketing experience in a similar condition monitoring product industry.
Added advantages are experience in rotating equipment maintenance
together with an expertise in dealing with vibration analysis and
monitoring instrumentation. Essential attributes for this position would
be proactive sales approach, sound communication and interpersonal
skill, high ability in negotiation, good technical knowledge, teamwork
and strong business integrity.
For both positions, sound ability to communicate at technical level with
maintenance managers or rotating equipment engineers is most preferable.
Good command of English is prerequisite.
